Enabling the GitHub Copilot harness on an environment does not remove the Standard harness. You can still create Standard agents and agent flows in the same environment.

Create Standard Agents and Agent Flows:
- Open Copilot Studio.
- Select the Other ways to build card.
- You will be redirected to Standard Agent and Agent Flows options page.
- The Agent card shows the Standard tag. Select it to create a rule-based conversational agent with predefined topics and flows.
- The Agent flows card creates an agent that takes actions and answers questions.
