If you are troubleshooting a failed flow run and are unable to Resubmit it with the following error :
This flow run was started by someone else and you can only resubmit runs that you’ve initiated.
Its due to a change, which is documented here
How to enable flow run resubmission:
There are two options to enable flow run resubmission for flows initiated by instant triggers, which are through Power Platform admin center and by using PowerShell.
In this article, I will explain Power Platform admin center option.
- Sign in to your Power Platform admin center account.
- Select Settings and then search for Power Automate flow run resubmission.
- Choose Enabled using the toggle and Save
- I’ve notice this setting takes few minutes to take affect.
