How to verify the log files for CRM installation issues

  • Open “Run” window (Ctrl+R)
  • Type “%APPDATA%\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs\
  • You find the list of generated logs
  • Sort by “Last Modified Time” to get the latest .log file
