Want to share this cool feature of Outlook I came across today. Did you know you can cancel a ‘Mail Send’ up to 10 seconds after pressing the Send button using the Undo Send feature?
- Open Outlook desktop client.
- Click on Settings (⚙️) symbol top right corner.
- Go to Mail > Compose and reply > Undo send
- Choose the slider up to 10 seconds.

- With Undo send, messages can be canceled for up to 10 seconds. You can choose how long Outlook will wait to send your messages.
- Lets try this by sending a new mail.
- When you hit the Send button, you’ll instantly see a sending notification at the bottom of Outlook with the option to Undo.
- Click on Undo to cancel the mail send. As mentioned earlier, you can cancel the mail send up to 10 seconds, depending on the value you have configured in the Settings.

Hope you find this feature useful.
🙂
