CRM Developer Toolkit for Visual Studio 2013

There is no release of CRM Developer Toolkit for VS 2013.

However by hacking the CRM Developer toolkit for VS 2012 we can get Developer Toolkit work for VS 2013.

    I tried to do that, but no luck. I was not able to do the File extract on my machine where I have VS 2013.

    i have a new instalation of VS2013 with no previous version on my computer, i also have another computer with VS2010 with the CRM Developer Toolkit. Can i do this with the VS2010 CRM Developer Toolkit.msi?
