Copilot Studio Agent Academy is a learning path designed to help makers and developers get started with building agents in Copilot Studio.

In 2025, Microsoft released the  Agent Academy: Recruit learning path, which serves as a foundational course for anyone new to building agents in Copilot Studio.

On January 14th 2026, an advanced learning path named Operative has been released.

By completing the Agent Academy Operative program, you’ll be able to:

• Configure governance and testing
• Design and implement multi-agent systems for complex business scenarios
• Master agent orchestration and collaboration patterns
• Implement AI safety and content moderation in production systems
• Build multi-modal prompts for document processing, creation and analysis
