If you need to find work items across different projects, here’s a quick article that explains how to do it..

• From Azure DevOps portal, go to Boards -> Queries.
• Check the highlighted ‘Query across projects‘ checkbox.

• When you check the ‘Query across projects‘ checkbox, it adds the ‘Team Project‘ field to the filter.
• Choose the project from which you want to query the work items.

• You can use Group Clause to query multiple projects at the same time.
