In my Contact table, I’ve a column by name Experience in years.

Now I want to create a new View to show all the Contacts with work experience. In my view designer, I was able to add the Experience in years column to the view grid; however, I can’t select the Experience in years column in the Edit filters.

If you’re wondering why you can’t configure a filter on a particular column, make sure the column’s Searchable property set as True.

Once the Searchable property is set to True, you can go to the view and add the column in Edit filters.
